Unlike Linea 11, which detours through central Santa Elena, Línea 13 stays on the more direct corridor via La Libertad, making it a faster option for riders headed straight to the inter-provincial terminal.

The route operates both directions throughout the day, making it a quick link between Salinas, La Libertad, and Ballenita/Terminal Sumpa.
