Línea 7 is one of the main public bus routes on the Santa Elena Peninsula. It runs the full length of the peninsula, connecting the western tip at the Fuerte Militar (Military Base) in Salinas all the way east to the coastal village of Chuyuipe, passing through La Libertad, Santa Elena, and Ballenita along the way.

The route operates both directions throughout the day, making it the primary link between Salinas, La Libertad, Santa Elena, and the communities further east.
