'''Línea 10''' is one of the public bus routes on the Santa Elena Peninsula, connecting '''La Libertad''' with '''Anconcito''' — the fishing village and parish on the southern coast of the Salinas canton.

== Route ==

Línea 10 runs south from La Libertad through the José Luis Tamayo (Muey) parish area and down to the Anconcito fishing port. It serves the communities of the southern peninsula that are not covered by the main east-west routes.

[[Anconcito]] is the third most important artisanal fishing port in Ecuador, with approximately 425 registered vessels and 1,200 fishers. The route connects this significant fishing community to the services and commercial centre of La Libertad. The Anconcito bitumen cliffs (natural hydrocarbon surface outcrops) are also accessible from this route.
